What is the timeframe for a Tekt build?

We have developed an incredibly efficient construction and installation process. The majority of Tekt’s projects are delivered in as little as 8 weeks after building approval.

Is modular construction more sustainable than traditional?

Yes, it is. Tekt’s modular systems minimise waste, reduce site impact, and align with Passive House principles. Each building is designed for circular use, allowing it to be disassembled, relocated, and reused as needs evolve.

Can I customise my design?

Yes, you can. Tekt offers flexibility beyond its Design Series for custom projects developed in collaboration with our architecture partner, Knight Office.

Where does Tekt deliver?

We deliver throughout Australia, including remote and coastal locations. Most of our systems are delivered in Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

How does Tekt’s modular pricing compare to traditional builds?

Thanks to off-site construction in a controlled factory environment, our modular builds are predictable, offering reduced risk of unforeseen costs.

Where are your materials sourced from?

Tekt is a proudly Australian, family owned and built company. We are committed to keeping manufacturing in Australia and sourcing as many materials as possible from Australian-owned and Australian-made suppliers, ensuring quality, traceability, and long-term value.
