01 Groundwork

During an initial consultation, we learn about your vision and assess the site to determine design possibilities, costings, build timeframes, and next steps.

02 Concept Design

Select from our Urban, Rural, or Coastal Series, or opt for a custom build. Review the design package, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, ready for quoting.

03 Shaping the System

Through an iterative, collaborative process, we guide, refine, and resolve all design decisions to arrive at your final, considered Tekt system.

04 Building Approvals

We liaise with all consultants and regulators to facilitate a smooth, efficient building approval process across soil, energy, wind, fire, engineering, and town planning.

05 Considered Construction

Assembly takes place in a controlled environment, ensuring no weather delays. Our team manages quality at every step and keeps you informed of progress with frequent updates.

06 Seamless Delivery

We handle all logistics from the factory to on-site installation, including the final inspection. After handover, we provide a 30-day check-in and 12-month service for peace of mind. We offer a standard 12-month Defect Liability Period and a 6.5-year QBCC structural warranty in Queensland.
